Progress Monitor
The Progress Monitor follows the physical and financial progress of the organisation’s
works — sanctions, funds deposited, expenditure, progress notes and site photographs —
work by work, from award to completion. It opens from the
menu on the same sign-in as the rest of the suite;
your administrator grants access per account.
The works register
, and

department or circle, or search by the work’s id or name.
produces the works progress statement in Excel
(department-wise sheets, or everything on one sheet).
registers a new work through a short three-step form.
A work's page
Open a work to see and maintain everything about it:
- The progress dial — expenditure against funds deposited, from this work’s
own cash-flow entries.
- eTAB Works Estimator card — when the work is linked to an estimator project,
its work code, preliminary estimate, agreement, agency and bills appear here, always current.
Use / to manage the pairing and
to jump across.
- General information, sanctions, contract — departments and locations, AA&ES,
funds deposited, awarded amount and dates, expenditure and liabilities, with the
excess-or-saving verdict worked out for you.
- Progress reports — dated notes for physical progress and drawing/design status.
- Photos, videos & UC — site photographs, short site videos and the
utilisation-certificate image.
- Financial report — the work’s financial statement in Excel.
Charts
builds presentation-ready progress charts for review
meetings — line bars, circular dials or speedometer gauges — with the figures pulled
straight from the register (editable, and blank rows for hand-entered figures). Download the
finished chart as a PNG.
