What you set here

Tender Basis — Schedule of Rates or Analysed Market Rates.
Tendering Type — Normal Item Rate or Percentage Item Rate.
Material Issues — departmental materials to be issued (cement, steel, etc.), with their issue rates; these drive the recovery in bills.
Security — earnest money / security-deposit slabs.
SBD — the Standard Bidding Document details (earnest money, dates, officer particulars …). Generate NIT fills your SBD Word template’s placeholders from these details and produces the ready .docx.
Schedule ‘F’ — the editable Schedule ‘F’ sheet; it flows into the SBD document and prints as its own report.

DNIT report

DNIT › DNIT Report (Shift+F1) prints the tender schedule. For a Normal Item Rate tender the rate column is blank (bidders fill it in); for a Percentage Item Rate tender the rates are fixed and shown, and bidders quote one overall percentage.

The Tender Schedule can also be exported to Excel from the DNIT Details form — including the official HP e-Procurement BoQ workbook (Percentage / Item Rate), ready for upload to the e-tendering portal.
