Bids Comparison

Open with Bids Comparison › Comparative Statement (Ctrl+C).

Comparing tenders

  1. Add the tender agencies (bidders).
  2. Enter each agency’s quoted rate per item (Normal Item Rate), or each agency’s overall percentage (Percentage Item Rate — per-item rates are derived automatically).
  3. The per-bidder totals and the lowest bidder are computed after any overall rebate.

Reports

Bids Comparison › Comparative Reports (Shift+F2) prints the comparative statement, summaries (with or without sub-groups), the agency justification statement and the abnormal-rate statement.

For a Percentage Item Rate tender, the “% put to tender” is baked into each derived rate; it is not re-applied later as a rebate.
